This is a place to understand the terms & conditions prior to booking.
This policy consists of:.
- When booking with ANPOV you are agreeing to my artistic style as an artist & understanding that I will bring your vision to life.
- A retainer is required to secure photoshoot bookings. Retainers are non-refundable (If you pay the entire balance while booking & have to cancel for any reason, 50% of the amount you paid is non-refundable)..
- Remaining balances MUST be paid BEFORE the session starts.
- All Studio sessions are required to be booked 14 days in advance from your desired booking date to ensure availability of studio space. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of your booking. In case there is no availability for your desired date, you will be contacted for rescheduling.
- If you have booked a studio session and need to cancel a rescheduling fee of $40 is required.
- If you have booked a location session and need to reschedule, you will receive ONE FREE rescheduling appointment. You have up to 30 days from your cancellation date to reschedule a new date. If you reschedule after the 30-day time period or another deposit will be required in order for you to reschedule.
- A Rescheduling fee is $40
- Rush Day Fee $100 (4 days)
- -Rush Day Fee $150 (2 days)
- Additional photos are $ 10 per photo
- Change from Outdoor to Studio $50
- 5 or more people in group photos is an additional $25
- Turnaround time depends on the type of session you are inquiring about.
