• Studio A: $40 hourly rate (1 hour minimum)
• Studio B: $50 hourly rate (1 hour minimum) 
• $5 fee for backdrops 
• $5 fee for each backdrop change
• $20 cleaning fee 
• $20 cutting fee (white backdrop)
• $25 pet fee (1 animal)
• $50 pe fee ( 2 animals)

• Photographers Must Book Directly: All studio rentals must be booked by the photographer, not the client. This helps ensure clear communication and a seamless booking process.
• A calendar with availability will be provided and invoice to secure your booking. Entry instructions will be sent 24hrs before your session.
• Please note that all start and end times includes setup and breakdown and cleaning up. Any late checkouts will be charged a full additional hour.
• Cleaning fee will apply if renters do not comply.
• The owner of AS or an AS employee will be present to let you in and answer any questions you may have. We will be in another room to give you and your client privacy. 
•  If you need to book a session on the same day, please reach out directly to Amanda Nicola to confirm availability—regardless of whether a time slot appears open. Please note that same-day bookings may be subject to different rates. 
• Clients wanting makeup done in studio requires a 2 hour minimum
• Boudoir sessions are welcomed but can only be booked weekends. Photographers must bring robe for their clients.
• Mini Sessions are required to book a 2 hour minimum. If you don't fill any spots for your second hour, the used time can be credited to another hour rental for that specific month.

All payments are non-refundable if your client decides to cancel. If your client needs to reschedule, we allow one free reschedule within the same month. 

• Smoking or vaping is prohibited 
• Food and drinks are not allowed 
• No shoes are allowed on backdrop unless you are the client. Your client must step on sticky pad before walking on the backdrop. You must either take your shoes off.
• Dogs and cats are allowed and will be an additional $25 per pet. Any other type of animal needs to be approved and fees may be subject to change.
• Lit candles, open flames, spraying water, glitter or popping champagne is prohibited.
•  Attaching object to walls using glue, tape, or any adhesive needs be approved 
• No adult films or full nudity 
• Please do not use body oils, body sprays or self-tans that can stain paper backdrops or furniture. 
• Furniture can be moved. We ask that all furniture be handled with care. Please do not drag furniture across the floor. All furniture must be moved back to its original location once your session ends.

• Guest Limit & Additional Fees: As the photographer, you are responsible for making sure your clients understand the studio rules, including the guest limit. If additional guests arrive beyond the allowed limit, you will be responsible for an additional fee of $20 per extra person.
• STUDIO A: 5 guest maximum including photographer 
• STUDIO B: 11 guest maximum including photographer 
• Children are welcomed in the studio. Sessions that include children under 6 years old need to be booked at 3 PM or later on weekdays. On the weekends children are welcomed during normal business hours 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM.  If your own children are accompanying you during your rental and they are under 6 years old please email us. All children must be under parental supervision at all times while utilizing the studio space.

There are security cameras in the non-private areas of the space. By agreeing to this booking you also acknowledge our surveillance camera will be recording (including sound) during your whole booking time. This footage will never be used unless an issue occurs during booking. This is for everyone's protection.

There is full privacy with no cameras in the dressing area or bathrooms.
